I am researching the military history of Wilfred Walter Jones who died at Gallipoli in 1915 when he was an Australian Engineer-tunneler and was blown up by a demolition from a Turkish tunnel. I am hoping his family may have a photo or other details. Appears his father moved from Emu Plains NSW to Renwicktown, Marlborough by 1920 with his daughters Ethel Pearl (Mrs Leonard Brayshaw of Blenheim), Eunice Caroline (Mrs Harold Sydney Watson of Renwick?) and Winnifred Maud Eliza (Mrs Harold John Hall, grocer of Wellington), leaving behind in NSW brother Norman Rupert William Jones of Camperdown (also WWI veteran) who married later in life age 64. Any historians studying this family? I have also posted this on the Marlborough board.
