My name is Kendall Navares and I'm the cousin of Edmund Hiram, I call him Uncle though as he is older then I. I'm sitting here with my Grandma, Pola Fanene Wong, the first cousin of Edmund Hiram, and we were wondering if you were able to find out if your Uncle Simo did indeed take the Fuataga title in Lalomanu.

A cousin by the name of Warren Willis who use to live in American Samoa, told me that while living in Samoa, an old man about 102 years old confronted him and the sister and lived told them to follow him to Western Samoa, village unknown, I'll find out. Upon arrival, he said that this land belongs to the Fuataga Family and gave them the Matai title(status). I have yet to get the details from my cousin, Warren, but that is what he told me.
