My name is Jane, and posted the original message regarding the family treeo the Tamasese. A couple of years ago, I spoke to one of my cousin name Esther Pavihi who lives resides in Niue. She informed me that our Great Grandmother Meafou Tamasese Pavihi was buried in Niue. I'm not sure who Manaia is, but I spoke to uncle Tupua Tamasese Tuiatua Efi, who is uncle Meaole's son, and was informed that his father Meaole had a set of twin sisters named Meafou & Meatuai. Uncle T.T.T Efi said that only our family members are named Meaole, Meafou, Meatuai, Meapelo and so forth, I think you kind know what I mean...but he told me that my great grandmother Meafou was married to man from Am Samoa who later past away, then she married Pavihi from Niue. Great grandmother Meafou had a few siblings living in NZ. I'll try to get Esthers email, she sort of knows more about our great grandmother Meafou Tamasese Pavihi. And yes, she is the sister of the Lealofi from the Mau Days. Our family are from Apia, uncle Tupua Tamasese is residing at Tuaefu, in Upolu. I'm not sure where you're place of resident is, but if you are in Upolu you can visit him. His house has a tennis court in the front of the house. Pavaiaij@yahoo.com
