I was adopted as a baby and only in the last couple of years have I discovered my birth parents. My father, Joseph Aleck Schuster, sadly died in 1969, and although I have meet his children, I am not able to get any information on family history.

My Father's parents were, Luisa Peseta Godinet, and father, George S Schuster. Luisa Godinet was born in 1884, Safatu, Savaii. Luisa and George married in about 1904 , Alamagoto, Upolu.

I have my father's birth certificate, but as is is written in old German I can only pick up a few names. One of the names on the certificate (besides my father's and grandparents) is Joseph Godinet. My father was born in 1912.

Can anyone help me piece my family together, or at least give me some clues?
