Her name was Othelia Andersen. She came from Copenhagen. She became a nun, I guess Lutheran. The initials AFS follow her name in my mother's old address book. One known address was Sdr. Fosainvey 2a (Deaconess Home) 2000 Copenhagen F, Denmark. I think she was born late 1890s, She never immigrated, but stayed in Denmark with her mother and father Carl Christian and Marie Magdalene, sister Anna, brothers Svend and Olaf. I can't find any in the census of early 1900s. I know no more that they lived in Copenhagen. What did AFS stand for, perhaps the order of nuns she belonged to?
