If you've never used Arkivalieronline here's the link:
http://www.arkivalieronline.dk. Church records and census records are available there. Instructions in english on how to use it: http://www.utilis.dk/ressourcer/ao_english_instructions.pdf. After you register they will e-mail you a password.
