Church Cemeteries in Denmark

I was wondering whether there would be tombstones or some sort of marker in a cemetery for burials of, let's say, 150 years ago or more in Denmark. Specifically, are there notices, maps, plots or some kind of reference for possible ancestors buried there? I know there will probably be churches with better records than others, but do these exist? If not, were peasant burials made on private land other than church cemeteries where they may be unmarked? I've read little on burial sites for ancestors over 150-200 years ago. More specifically I am looking at churches around Haderslev.
