CA 1963NE - the OP was asking about people who lived in Denmark in the late 1700s and early 1800s, so that would be a mammoth task to trace all their descendants to see who all emigrated, if any, and where they went - and if she had done all that research, would be tough to boil it down to answer you.

Dannebrog was founded in the late 1800s, so that's quite a stretch from 1775, and St. Paul [Minnesota?] is a whole 'nother big story. Also take into account the Danish used a patronymic naming system, so surnames did not continue from generation to generation, and many of the same patronymic names repeat in unrelated families, so each person mentioned by the OP would have to be identified with dob, dod etc. to distinguish the person from others, and then you'd have to have a good solid knowledge of "your" peeps to know which of her people actually are the same individual (and not just people with the same name).

Better to name the actual people you're specifically interested in. Perhaps start your own new thread with your question. The forum can then help you trace "your" Danes back to Denmark. In fact, volunteer researchers enjoy that kind of challenge! Unless, that is, you'd rather do your own hunting, and if so this suggestion doesn't apply. Hope this comment helps. --a volunteer
