Looking for any information about Josephine Terp after 1926. She was born in Denmark (her passport applications say Hobro, Denmark and Copenhagen, Demark on July 1, 1868. She immigrated to Mankato Minnesota, USA in December, 1891. She married Ivar Hansen Terp in Mankato, Blue Earth, Minnesota in 1892. Her marriage certificate lists her as Nielsine J.T.B. Christensen. She was Nielsine Christensen on the passenger list from Denmark to NY, USA in 1891.
She changed her name to Josephine Terp and her husband was known as Edward H. Terp. They lived in New York City for a long time and then briefly in Havana, Cuba until Ed's death in 1920.
She returned to Minneapolis, Minnesota and was listed in the 1926 directory as "restr" which I assume means she owned a restaurant (like she and her husband did in New York).
After that, she is lost. I believe she returned to and died in Denmark.
I am looking to see where she came from (who were her parents) and where she went.
I found she had a niece named Dora Marion Rasmussen Yetter.
