I was going through Fed Census for 1930 St Louis County, Mn. on microfilm at Duluth, Mn. library and Emil and Ida names were on the roll for area around Hibbing, Stuntz township and that area. Can not recall exact place but I did see the name as I was interested in an Emil (born in Mn) also as there is a brother in my husband's father family by that name and do not have any info on our Emil execpt birthdate and place of birth. Try the Census file for Minnesota. Good Luck
