What were the dates of their birth/death/year of emigration from Scotland to the US.

Did you mean to say that Charles was your great-grandfather rather than your grandfather?

If Ciciliya (Cecilija) was his wife then his surname was C^IZ^AUSKAS. That is because CIZAUSKIENE is the married female surname spelling for CIZAUSKAS. What kind of document did you find that information on?

Charles in Lithuanian is "Karolis" though like his given name was "Kazimieras" which is Casimir but often changed to Charles.

George is Jurgis in Lithuanian.
