Well, not so easy to read and restore handwriting in Latin to Lithuanian. I see that some names and surnames are distorted. RONKIOLA and RONKELA? Last is more Lithuanian and could be like this. But i can't find people with such surname. RUNKELA - this surname still exist here.
What i can recognize after ,,filius" - JOZEPHI MACRUKENAS, ANNAE KABANIS? KABARIS? Can't restore both surnames to Lituanian. JOZEPHI means JUOZAPAS, surname could be MACIKENAS, MACUKENAS, MACIUKENAS. ANNAE means ANNA or ONA, her surname is only my guess.
,,filia" - JOSEPHI, let it be RONKELA, and BOGUSLAVA MARTINIUS or MARCINIUS. Both can't be Lithuanian single female surname. MARTINYTE or MARCINYTE could be more to true.
So here you are more questions than real answer, but anyway...
