No, but the birthdate may be on the Christening record. It has been on other parish records from Norway that I have seen. Since babies were born at home, they were entered into the parish records at the time of their Christening.
Good luck with your search tomorrow. If it isn't an exact match, that doesn't necessarily mean it's still not him, but wouldn't it be nice if it was exact?
