i have no info on sivert olsen besides hes from norway and his son's info who came to the USA. now i have adolph's USA census for 1930, which doesnt list adolph's father. im assuming he was either still in norway or died in norway. im told by my father that before adolph was 5 Sivert Olsen all the info on adolph olsen i have his on my family tree at http://trees.ancestry.com/tree/37462671/family

i also have adolph's death index but it just says his father was sivert olsen and the norway he was from is norway. i was told they were from bergen norway but i dont find any info at all about sivery olsen unless im not looking in the right places. the norway census of 1900 confused me the one i found didnt show names in order or anything so i just dont know how to look through the doc. also do you know if there is anyway to get birth cerf's from ppl born in norway? if i could find adolph's birth cerf that would help alot in my search
