Thank you again for your wonderful help. I am now back to square one. Sometimes people modify their names. I've been wondering if Hans Oleii Oleson changed his name to Oliver. He was born in Bergen and was illegitimate. I've tried to look for another Hans Oleii but haven't been successful. I found him by searching through the church books.
