I am a descendant of Ole Thorkildsen and Agaathe (Agatha) Kieldsdatter. They emigrated from Balestrand parish in 1860. I have much information on their ancestry and would like to share and connect with other descendants. Ole and Agatha took the name "Jordahl" when they settled first in Wisconsin, then lived in Fillmore Co. MN. They also lived in Polk Co. MN, and passed away in LaMoure Co. ND. They are the parents of Jens(my Gr. Grandfather m. to Maren Sorine Torkildsdatter), Magnilde (Mennis), Brithe (Betsy Valtinson), and Kjestine.
