Torkild Bogsrud Family, Akershus, 1875 Census

I am curious about this family, especially the "visitor", Erik Rishof. Torkild Bogsrud is the "Gaardbruger", and two persons are listed as "Tilreisende Husfaderens Broder". I am not sure whether that means visitor of the husfad's brother or visitor AND brother. All three persons were born Krodsherred, but I have not been able to locate them in the 1865 census. Bogsrud is a rare name in US census searches, so haven't found clued in US.

Another question while I'm at it - is the Rishof name the same family that used Wiskop/Viskop in US?

Also, did this place (Asker) at some time belong to Buskerud? Any help will be appreciated.
