My Great Grandfather was Fredrick Severson, born Oct 14, 1874 in Guisko, Sonmore, Norway to Siverin Severson and Hanna (maiden name unknown) Fred came to America around 1895. Fred died on Feb 20, 1946. He married:

a woman named Lena Lien, daughter of Tosten and Aagot (Bakken) Snedkerlien. Tosten and Aagot were from Dovre, Gudbrandsdalen, Oppland, Norway. Lena was born December 13, 1883 in Mankato Minnesota and died on Aug 29, 1956.

Fred and Lena married on Oct 23, 1901 and to this union they had 7 children

I am wishing to find out information on my great grandfather, Fred Severson. I do have a family picture of him with his family in Norway. He has 2 brothers and 2 or 3 sisters. There are a total of 4 woman in the picture but I think that one of the women in the picture may be his grandmother, and one woman would be his mother,

I am wanting to know if there is still family members of the Fred Severson family as I am planning a trip to Norway.
