I think I can answer my own question. Emil was Antonie's brother from Norway. I remember him in family photos because of his disability--some kind of curvature of the spine. Can't recall whether it was congenital or he had some kind of an accident when very young. Maybe your father will remember.

I'd would welcome knowing what you were able to learn from Aunt Freda.
