I believe this is the birth record (left page, second down) for Nicolai Larssen, born June 22nd, 1788 in Borgund, Møre og Romsdal, Norway.
Father is Lars Larssen who I believe was also born in the same parish in 1761.
Can anyone confirm this?

Does the record contain his mother's name as well?
