Lyngen and Kristiania/Oslo is far away from eachother.
Ole is the most common male name in Norway and Anna/Anne is also very common.
Albert is not a rare name in Norway (1633 named Albert/Alberth in the 1865 census), but I would think he is easier to find. But his name might also have been Albertinus, Anton, Asgeir, Aslak, Engebrigt or another Norwegian name and then he changed it to Albert in US.
Dahl (Dahle, Dal, Dale, Dahlen etc) is also used as a farm-name/surname several places in Norway.
You wrote that Albert was born Oct 9, 1871, but also that you have seen his birthyear as 1873. Was it same date, Oct. 9, 1873?
Do you know if your family has an old family-bible from this family? Often names and birth/baptizm-dates were noted in such old bibles?
