Before his father's name is an abbreviation 'hm' -- notice it also appears before several other fathers names on that same page. Michael gave you the translation for that abbreviation.
The writer appears to note a location - probably residence - AFTER each parental couple on the page. So what you see after the mother's name is probably the name of where they were living at the time of the birth/baptism.
Many times studying the pattern of the entries on the page will give you context to figure out what it means.
