I think you've read all those details correctly as they were written. But the farm name looks more like Haave or Haare. A man of 80 years may well have been living on a different farm at the end of his life than the places where he lived when younger.
The word entered in the column for "Stand, Haandtering og Opholdssted" looks much like lægdslem or legdslem so perhaps at the end of his life he was a "welfare recipient" residing on the Haare farm in Røldal.
It is not uncommon for someone to have lived on several different farms through their years, especially if they didn't own a farm of their own.
