Need Emibas Lookup Please

I have been fortunate in having starting hints (place names from photos, county gen. soc. records) for three of my and my husband's Swedish grandparents, so it's been great fun to search through Swedish records and find birth, emigration, marriage, death, HFL, etc. for them.

But, we have no idea from where in Sweden my husband's paternal grandmother, IDA ANDERSON, emigrated. She died in 1917, at age 52, and no one in the family has any details about where she was born or about the family (if any) she left in Sweden. Info I have found for Ida so far:

Birth (Sweden): 2 May 1864 shown on Illinois Death Index (FHL Film #1543820); May 1864 given on 1900 Fed. Cen. for Joliet, Will, Illinois.

Arrival (don't know which port): 1891 shown on both 1900 and 1910 Fed. Cen. As far as I know, no other family members joined her, then or later. She lived and worked (possibly as a cook) in Chicago until her marriage.

Marriage to Peter Stenquist: 23 May 1894 (State of Illinois, Cook County Marriage License 218166; name given as Ida Anderson, 30 years old). After marriage, they lived in Joliet, Illinois; she gave birth to five children and died at age 52. Soc. Sec. Death Index for each child gives no additional personal info.

Death (Joliet, Will, Illinois): 21 Apr 1917. The Illinois Deaths Index gives her father's name as J. Anderson (Johan?, Jon?, Jacob?); no mother's name is given. I've tried all the name variations I could think of when searching emigration records on Ancestry and Family Search, but without there being a birth date on those records, no way to verify that any of them is hers.

I am just about ready to cough up the $13. fee for a copy of her actual Death Record from the Will County Clerk to see if there are any details not on the Index but am quite doubtful of a birth parish being given (wouldn't that be great, tho!). And, if we ever get back up to northern Illinois, we'll try to get over to the Swenson Center for some heavy-duty searching. Thought I would see if the helpful people here could turn up anything first to get us started.

TIA for any help.
