Surnames: Alicot, Boedberg, Linguis
There is a James "Alicock" whose marriage bans were published in Demerara and Essequebo. He was a protestant bachelor born in the colony. His intended is "Susanna Maria Jacoba Linguis, aka Widow Boedberg; also born in this colony, of the Protestant religion, on the other part". The newspaper where it is found is the "The Royal Gazette" issue of Saturday, Aug 12, 1815.
Sounds like a good start.
