English Grandparents married in Brussels.

Surnames: Cullen, Bissell.
My English grandparents, George Cullen and Elizabeth Bissell met and married in Brussels in 1894, they were both in Domestic Service, a coachman and nurse.
I have the addresses from which they were married, 2 bis rue d'Egmont and 58 Avenue des Arts, both in Brussels. I would like to know if I could find out something about their life in Brussels. I can't find them on the 1891 UK census but they were back in England in 1901.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
