This book by Patrick Maselis doen not indicate the departure ports. It discusses the colony of Santo Tomas and has an appendices with a table-(table 63) listing---
" Colonists of the Belgian Colonization Company in Santo Tomas." It consists of four pages of names listed alaphethically.
