Death Records in Belgium

Surnames: Marshall
I am trying to find a death record for my grandfather, John (Jack) Marshall. I would like to give my mom some closure since she doesn't even know if he has passed since she last heard from him when I was born in 1965. He wasn't well then and since my mom is 80, it's very unlikely that he is still alive.

He was born in Alloa, Clackmannan, Scotland in 1902 (son of William & Christina). He later immigrated to Toronto, Ontario and married Agnes McLeod in 1924. He joined the Canadian Army and was stationed in Belgium during WWII. After the war, he came back to Canada, was discharged from the army and went back to Belgium. The last time my mom heard from him, he was living in Antwerp.

I am not sure how to go about finding this information and I would truly appreciate any help.

Thanks so much in advance.

Donna
