I am searching for any information regarding the following family: PASCAL MOUSSIAUX and MARIE ELEONORE SPINETTE.

PASCAL MOUSSIAUX was born in Auvelais on November 8 1848. He was a Glass worker. He was the son of Jean Joseph Moussiaux and Augustine Doumont. He was married to Marie EleonoreSpinette. MARIE ELEONORE SPINETTE was born on July 30, 1854. The marraige of Pascal and Marie would have occurred prior to March 1875 in Namur, Belgium. We believe that it was in Auvelais, but have no proof of this.

It is possible that Pascal was married before he married Marie. There is information on the record that he had a son, JOSEPH MOUSSIAUX, born about 1871 in Tamines, Namur, and departed from the same to the USA in 1892. He is listed as traveling with Pascal and identified as his son.

The children of Pascal and Marie Moussiaux are:

Marie Alexandrine born in Auvelais December 7, 1875.

Augustine Joseph born in Auvelais January 31, 1878

Joseph Francois born in Auvelais July 4, 1880

Jean-Baptiste Fernand Ghislain born in Auvellais October 23, 1883

Fernand Constant Joseph born in Augelais October 1, 1885 and died in Auvelais in March, 1886

Bertha Marie born in Auvelais on October 26, 1886

Achille Fernand born in Auvelais July 23, 1888 and died in Auvelais November 22, 1888

Eva born in Auvelais October 10, 1889

Following the death of Pascal Moussiaux, which occurred between 1892 and 1896, she remarried to ALEX DUCET (possibly DUCAT). They had two children, a daughter, Jospehine, born in 1897 and a son (birthdate unknown). When the son was still a toddler, he fell into an open well and drowned. The father, Alex Ducet, would travel to Belgium under the pretext of visiting his mother, and never returned. Marie remarried for the third time to JEAN-BAPTISTE LANOY, who adopted young Josephine.

The family lived in the area of Charleroi, Washington County, Pennsylvania, USA and Monessen, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, USA (the two towns are connected by a bridge over the Monongahela River) from 1892-1897. In 1897, Marie and her new husband, Alex Ducet lived in Irwin, Westmoreland County, PA. Later, Marie lived in Blairsville, Indiana County, PA. Marie died in 1924 in Blairsville.

Any information concerning the lineage of Pascal and Marie, of official records would be most appreciated.
