Surnames: Lambert, Dewaele
My Grandmother, Alice Cool was born in Belgium and came to the US when she was 20 years old. She was from Middlekerke. Her mother's name was Victorine Dewaele and her father's name was Joseph Lambert. All I know is that my great grandfather was in WWI and killed in action in 1916. He was a cabinet maker. I don't know much more about him, I believe he had a brother Oscar, two sisters, Maria and Rachele. I believe his father was a shoemaker named Camille Lambert and his mother was Mathilda Lambert. After Joseph died, my Grandmother came over to America with her mother, Victorine and step-father Cyril Feryn. If anyone has any information on this family please let me know.
