My grandfather, Jose (Joseph) Sisco Dias immigrated to Puerto Rico from Corsica around 1880-1883 and established himself in Yauco. I have found what looks to be 4 other Sisco families that immigrated to PR between 1850 and late 1890's: Antonio Baptiste Sisco Cherubini (Lares), Antonio Berlingeri Sisco (Coamo), Angel Morganti Sisco (Aibonito) and Florena Galleti (or Galletti) Sisco (Juana Diaz). I would appreciate any information regarding the Sisco family that would help me to determine if the families were related and where in Corsica they came from as well as finding out if there are any living relatives. The Sisco Dias and the Sisco Cherubini families came from the commune of Brandon.
