Classification: Query
Joseph Denegre (Denegri) b. Ajaccio, Corsica, c.1799.
He arrived in Baltimore, MD 1816, and was naturalized 25 Apr.1825 Court Of General Sessions of the Peace, Philadelpha, PA.
He began building Arch Street Presbyterian Church, 18th St., Philadelphia and in 1856, was elected to The Carpenters' Company. His picture is in Carpenters Hall, and he is buried in Woodlands Cemetery, Philadelphia.
Where and when exactly was he born, who were his parents? Did he arrive alone in Baltimore?
