Surnames: Balon, Delback
Researching the Arthur François Balon family from Besançon. Arthur married Celina Julianne Aurélie Delback of Colombey le Deux Eglises sometime before 1888. I know of 4 children to this couple who starting with Alfred Joseph (1888-1959) all immigrated to Cecil, PA. Celina immigrated to the US after Arthur died in France sometime around 1916. WWI? I don't know.
