Surnames: Henrion, Turk, Mangin
I am seeking information about the Henrion Family, originally from Laudrefang (also called Lautrefang and Lauterfangen) in Lorraine. This is near Longeville les Saint Avold. The Henrion Family moved to Paris in the late 1860's or 1870's, and resided at 2, Rue du Sabot, near St. Germain des Près, on the left bank. The father was a sergent de ville (policeman) in Paris, from which position he retired in 1883 or 1884. The son, J.P. Henrion (born about 1861) was a godson of Jean Pierre Turck (wife Anna Margaret Mangin) of the Longeville area, who settled in southern Indiana in 1867. J.P Henrion may have emigrated to America in the mid 1880's. Any information appreciated.
