I am not sure how to begin looking for a marriage and a birth registration in Paris.

In 1842 John Larkham Manning and Elizabeth Staddon, both from Devon, England, were married at the British Embassy church in Paris.

In 1844 their first child, Lancelot Larkham was born.

Some records in the UK have the surname Larkham Manning but later Manning is dropped.

Can anyone tell me what catagory I would look under for this information?
