Surnames: Cellon, Boucher
I am looking for any information on my gggg grandmother, Marguerite Boucher Cellon. She was born in Longeville-les-Met in the late 1700's. Her husband's name was Jean-Joseph Cellon. One of their children, my ggg grandfater, was Jean-Alexandre who was born in Sainte Julien-les-Metz in 1815 and came to Florida with an aunt in the early 1830's. His aunt was on her way to New Orleans. Jean's aunt hired a coach to take them from Fernandina Beach, FL, where they landed, to NOLA. Tragically, she was robbed and killed by the coach driver and Jean was left in the Florida wilderness near Tallahassee. Any help with this quest is greatly appreciated!
