Barbara thank you for responding. I have all the info on grandparents, and a lot more. We believe that my grandfather came to U.S. under an assumed name (story we heard). Know he was married in Italy. I have tried at the Latter Day Saints - and didn't get any where - mostly found that a lot of papers that I needed for the times I wanted were either burned, buried or totally lost or whatever. Brick Walls. WOULD love to have the site that you mentioned. My mother has a friend who is translating letteres for us both ways. I can make out a few words here and there. I was able to get a book on my grandmothers side (CHINI) and did it mostly in Italian (with trusty dictionary-eng/italian). Again THANK YOU.
