I have just found the 1812 marriage act for my 3rd great-grandparents from Itri, Latina, Lazio, Italy.
On it the bride, Teresa aka Maria Terasa ROSATO is listed as being born in Pastena. She married Francescantonio CANNELLA of Itri, Latina in the church S.Michelarcangelo in Itri and lived her life in her husband's town of Itri.
Her parents were Leonardo ROSATO - dead by 1812 - and Romana BRAVO both of Pastena. Consent for marriage was given by Luca ROSATO, relationship to the bride not given but also of Pastena.
Since the LDS wasn't allowed to fim Italian records back before around 1809 at the earliest, I am having a hard time learning anything about these new grandparents. Does anyone have any connections to these ROSATO"s who could shed some light this family?
