1.Mary(Metje)Fokkens(Folkens)b-2/14/1879d1/1/1947,married Albert B.Bylsma,b1/3/1875, in Friesland.
2.Came to the USA,May 1919 on the NOORD-DAM,landed in N.Y.
3.It appears that the name changed to Byers.
4.If this helps,let me know,as my mother-in-law is still alive at 89 and may have more info,she is a McCullough.
5.I feel this is a link.
