I was looking at the record you referenced for Alexander Johannes ten Oever and noticed that where his father is listed the hand writing appears to be 'Hannes' instead of 'Mannes'. I certainly not a hand writing expert especially when it comes to Dutch & German script. If you look at the bottom right signature, it looks more like a capital 'M' to me.

I don't know the point I'm trying to make... I just thought it looks more like Hannes.

Birth Avereest:
Alexander Johannes ten Oever
born 13 May 1862 at 14.00 hrs
son of Mannes Engbertus ten Oever and Theodora Mittendorff
