Great you found that. The first name Francois is more French language, in NL it would be mostly Frans or Franciscus, but in Belgium there's also a part of the country in French language,
perhaps you should keep that in mind too .
I looked on a Belgium searchsite and the name vanderHoeven as well as van der Hoeven and also the name Wright appears there (often ship men)
Could'nt find a connection to Susanne, or her father came from Belgium , anyway it happens more that people see NL and Belgium almost as the same, but are two different countries though.
Ofcourse it can still be that there's a link to NL, maybe in a previous genereation?
For Belgium : http://search.arch.be/en/zoeken-naar-personen
on the left you can fill in names, (unfortunally results in Dutch only)
and ofcourse on the site of the Mormons (Familysearch)
Just to keep the possibility in mind ;-)
Though I just saw that Francois sometimes comes up in NL too, f.e:
Deceased Cornelis van der Hoeven , 51 jaar
Father Francois van der Hoeven
Mother Henriette Maria Beijlen
Partner Johanna Woudrina Haverman
Date of death 07-02-1853
Remarks akte nr. 1737; overleden op een schip (=Died on a ship)
The way of spelling the name van der Hoeven as vanderhoeven I can't find in NL,
in NL it's "van der Hoeven''.
Another search site in NL, of a few archives (some of them also on the site I send earlier),
also in English version: http://www.digitalestamboom.nl/search.aspx?lang=en-US
