I have information on the Muyres family back to Hendrik Muijres in Nieuwstadt and that is where it ends. I wounder if you would know his parents or wife's names. Any information you could give me would be treasured, as I am in Canada and can not go to the records office.
Hendrik died in Nieuwstadt ( I think in) 1726 on Dec 12. His son who is my direct ancestor was Theodorus Muijres married to Petronella Jessen.
I woundered do you still spell the name there Muijres?
