I am in search of members of the van Dooren family who lived in Zeeland, North Brabant, Netherlands, in the 1700s and 1800s....Jacobus van Dooren and Joannes Kobussen are the parents of Martinus van Dooren (born Nov. 20, 1825 in Zeeland). Martinus came to the United States in 1848 and ended up in St. Louis area..Family members include a brother, Hendrick (born Dec. 24, 1843)...Grandfather was Cornelis van Dooren, grandmother and Cornelis wife was Maria Ermers, born in Reek in 1739...Cornelils and Maria were married ar Reek April 20, 1774....I would like to know more abouat Jacobus and Joannes' family. Were there more children. When were they born. When did they die etc...I have much info on Martinus and Hendrich, who came to U.S.
