you can find the baptism book for Groessen in Gelderland and here is a scan of part of the page showing that Paulus was baptised on 15 Mar 1782 wich would fit with the marriage record in:

genlias.nl

The entry isn't in Dutch but Latin as was the custom for Roman Catholic records:

Many of that part of Holland didn't have true last names and I would expect the father of Paulus to be Johannis (or Jan "John") son of Peel or Peregrinus. Very likley we are looking for Johannis' father's first name to be Peel, but we don't really know the last name. Caeltjes, or Kaeltjes could be a true last name.
