Hi Sammie,
Jannetje Romeijn, 1833-1900 was my husband's gggrandmother. Jannetje and her brother Anthonie emigrated to Allegan/Ottawa County, MI with their step-father, Arie Van Bree, around 1849. The Romeijn Family was from Albrandswaard and Poortugaal, Zuid-Holland, The Netherlands. The information I have comes from the Dutch civil registers and the diary of Kornelis Schaap, husband of Jannetje Romeijn. What are the sources of your research, which is more extensive than mine? I ran into a dead end on Jannetje de Haan and Jannetje de Bruin, but you seem to have found the de Haans.
