Surnames: Romeijn, Romeyn, Romijn, Romyn
My name is Anthony (Tony) Romeyn. The dutch spelling was "Romeijn". I was born in the: Haarlemmermeer, North Holland, Nederland on Sept. 4, 1940. My parents immigrated to Canada in 1952.

My wife's name is Catharina (Rina) Maria de Monye, born April 22, 1941 in Noordwijk, Holland.

I am primarily interested in the "Romeyn/Romeijn/Romein/Romijn" families in Holland and the "de Monye/Monier" in Holland and France.

In August of 1998, I received information on the oldest of my ancestors dating back to 1680 in Oud Beijerland, Zuid Holland.
If there are any of you searching in Zuid Holland, please keep us in mind.

Also if there are any of my wife's family relations out there with the name of "de Monye - Monier - etc.." we would love to hear from you.
