Francis McKendrick Plocker is my great grandfather. My grandmother Florence lived with Eva and her husband when she was in college at Brookings. I would be interested if you have other information about Eva and her family. I have the same records on the Plocker/Plokker family listed in your query. One of the Plockers was a captain in the Dutch East India company.
