I am trying to locate a gentleman called Francisco Soler. I have no date of birth just an approx age of 63. Originally from Madrid and lived in the UK during 1970. I havent got a clue where to start or wHether it is even possible with such limited information about him. any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
