Sharon, I thought you might be interested in this obituary from Gentry Co. Missouri Death Notices from Area Newspapers.
Beery, Seth L.-died 21 Sept. 1899, crushed to death at the Railroad crossing, east of Keystone Mill. He was the son of Nicholas and Mary S. Beery and was born in Lancaster, Ohio, 15 Aug. 1831. He was a member of a family of 10 children. He married Marinda FILBERT, 23 Dec. 1851. Nine children were born and six survive-Mrs. Mary J. Kline of Dillion, Montana; George W. of Butte City, Montana; Marion N. of Alanthus Grove, Missouri; Charles W. of Butte City, Montana; Mrs. Ella A. Wilson of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Miss Lizzie Beery of Stanberry, Missouri. He had been a member of the Masons for 34 years and the G.A.R. Burial in High Ridge Cemetery at Stanberry, Missouri
