Floyd W. Adams, 83, of Williamstown, Ky., died October 14, 1999 at Grant Manor Health Care Center in Williamstown. He was born in Williamstown, the son of the late Benjamin and Madeline Adams. He was an Army veteran of WW II and a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Williamstown. Survivors are his wife of 62 years, Rachel Collier Adams; two sisters, Alma Heis and Rena Kramer, both of Erlanger. Burial in Williamstown Cemetery.
